From One Cleaning Brush to a Multi-Million Dollar Enterprise
Our Story
PUR Concepts traces its roots to 1986, when founder and president Denise Mosley launched a one-woman residential cleaning service in Milwaukee, Wisconsin — originally known as ICS (International Cleaning Services).
Recognizing an unmet need for quality janitorial service in the business community, Ms. Mosley expanded into commercial properties — including the Bradley Center Office Complex and Schlitz Park Sports Arena — before establishing a full Chicago-area operation in 1995.
From those early days, ICS grew into a multi-million dollar business with over 200 employees. In 2011, the company entered the California market and evolved into PUR Concepts, expanding into healthcare consulting with Kaiser Permanente as a premiere client across multiple Northern and Southern California locations.

Commercial expansion begins
